Mangia! Mangia! I just can’t get enough of the great taste of Italian foods. Italian pasta, pizza, pork, beef and seafood recipes are much a part of my everyday life.
Growing up Italian in Chicago has been a wonderful culinary experience to say the least. The many different restaurants and families from different regions of Italy allowed me to taste some of the most delicious food in the world.
Food always conjures up great memories. When I cook something I haven’t had in a while, it always seems to bring me back to the last time and place I did have it. I think it’s the closest thing to a “time machine” we’ll ever experience.

Vermont maple candy gives you a taste of New England unlike anything else (except for maybe clam chowder and lobster!). Of course, the main ingredient is Vermont maple syrup, but there are a few different kinds of candies you can buy or brew up yourself.
Maple syrup is a big part of Vermont culture. It makes the most maple syrup of any state, and produced 460,000 gallons of maple syrup last year. That was worth $13,340,000. Maple sugaring is so important to Vermont that it was the first state to have mandatory maple syrup grading laws.

Follow the five important steps below to produce fantastic tasting espresso.
Keep things hot.
The key thing to remember is that espresso cools quickly as it is a small volume of liquid – therefore it is essential to maintain everything coming into contact with the coffee at a high temperature. The other day I picked up a kitchen gadget called the “Pasta Magic” and today I allowed it to approach the wonderfulness that is my spaghetti sauce. After judging the results of this supposed time-saving device, I have to give it a hearty thumbs-down. Actually, not only do I have to give it the thumbs-down, but I really want to.
