It’s summer for those of us in the US and Europe. The sun is shining. The days are longer. We feel energized. Are you enjoying the classic joys of summer? Eating a dripping ice cream cone on a blazing, hot day, diving into a cool pool and walking barefoot on lush green grass? Or are you overwhelmed, overworked and overly stressed? Summer is a great time to regroup. Most of us keep different schedules for summer. We will make more trips, socialize more, and dress more casually. As a result our way of thinking loosens up a bit too, giving way to bursts of creativity and joy. Would you like to have a memorable summer as well as continue to experience personal and professional success?

Move Out Of Your Comfort Zone And Make Change

Your comfort zone is the place you feel safe, where there is no sense of risk. To step out of this place can feel scary and the thought of transforming the status quo can be overwhelming.

It is also very easy to say that you will make change in your life when you have lost weight/moved house/have more money/the children have gone to school, etc, then never make that change or come up with new excuses not to move forward.

When you take the first step to approach Life as an experience and not a chore or a task, you can go about fostering the expansion and development of your perception of Life. Living Life is a type of consciousness, it’s a mindset. An analogy to this would be, an Experience is to Life what Articulation is to Speaking. Everyone can speak but not everyone can articulate properly. Everyone has a Life, but not everyone experiences Life. The mindset of Life is you are either living life as a chore or you are living life as an experience. The distinction between the two is they way you visualize your Life. That is all it is, they way you think about it.
